The corporate terms and conditions cover the contractual relationship — licensing, acceptable use, payment where applicable, liability, termination and governing law. They apply in full to your use of Monival.

Service-specific terms

These terms are particular to a monitoring and evaluation platform. They sit alongside the corporate terms and do not replace them — where the two could be read differently, the corporate terms govern.

• Results are only as good as the data entered. Indicator calculations, dashboards and reports are computed from what your team collects. Monival does not validate field data against reality, and we do not warrant the accuracy of any figure reported to a funder.
• Not an assurance or audit function. The platform supports your M&E process; it is not an independent verification of programme results and should not be presented to a donor as one.
• You are responsible for consent. Where you collect data from beneficiaries or survey respondents, obtaining lawful consent and providing any required notice is your responsibility as the controller of that data.
• Availability. We aim for continuous service, but do not warrant uninterrupted availability — particularly for offline field collection, which depends on devices and connectivity we do not control.
