The features below aren't in the product yet. We'd rather list them here than let you find out by hitting a dead end — or worse, by us implying they already exist.
In build
Grant-round workflow — eligibility rules, opening and closing a round, and formal award records tied to a decision, for organisations that re-grant restricted funding to their own partners. Everything around it (scoring, compliance tracking, disbursement tracking, grantee monitoring, donor reporting) already works today. See what’s already there and join the design-partner waitlist.
Planned
- PDF and Word export for reports — reports currently export as CSV/XLSX; branded document export is on the list.
- IATI export — for organisations that need to publish in the IATI standard.
- PBO Act annual return — a Kenya-specific compliance export mapped to the PBO Act filing format.
- Theory of Change, Results Framework, and Logic Model views — visual representations of your logframe hierarchy. The underlying data structure exists; the visualisations don’t yet.
- Repeat groups and rosters in form design, for household- or member-level data within a single submission.
- Emailed scheduled reports — reports are captured and stored on schedule today; they aren’t yet delivered to an inbox automatically.
- Per-question form translation — the platform interface is available in six languages; individual form questions are currently single-language.
Under consideration
- Outlier and anomaly detection on incoming submissions.
- Installable offline web app (a full PWA, so the web app itself works offline, not just the mobile app).
- Domain-restricted report embedding — currently, an embedded report link works wherever it’s placed; restricting embeds to approved domains isn’t enforced yet.
