A scored review engine built into the platform

Set up an evaluation campaign — a set of people or organisations being evaluated, a template of weighted questions, and a group of reviewers — and Monival runs the review cycle from there: requests go out, reviewers submit scored responses, and the platform computes a composite score automatically.

Recurring cycles. A campaign isn’t a one-off form. Set a recurrence rule and it runs again automatically — quarterly staff reviews, annual partner assessments, whatever cadence your programme needs — without rebuilding it each time.

Weighted review types. Not every reviewer’s input should count the same. Configure different review types with different weights — a supervisor’s assessment weighted differently from a peer’s, for example — and the composite score reflects that.

Anonymous peer review. Peer feedback can be collected anonymously, so reviewers can be candid without it being tied to their name in the results.

Composite scores, computed automatically. Once a review cycle closes, Monival calculates the composite score per subject from every response received, weighted by review type — no manual averaging in a spreadsheet.

Where this fits
