Track results
on a real logframe
Build your results framework once — impact, outcomes, outputs, activities, inputs — and track every indicator against it, alongside the field data that feeds it.
Structure the programme, not just the data
A Monival programme is organised into result nodes at five levels — Impact, Outcome, Output, Activity, Input — each with its own narrative and assumptions. Group your indicators under the level they actually measure, instead of tracking them as a flat, disconnected list.
Indicators with a history, not just a number
Each indicator carries a baseline, a target, and a reporting frequency. As new values come in, they’re recorded as dated entries — so an indicator has an actual trend over time against its target, not just whatever was last typed into a spreadsheet cell. Record the data source and means of verification alongside the value, so a reviewer can see where a number came from.
The Logframe view
Your results framework renders as a grouped table — indicators nested under the result-node level they belong to — so a donor or programme manager can scan the whole logframe in one screen instead of piecing it together from separate documents. Visual Theory of Change, Results Framework and Logic Model views are planned on top of the same underlying data; the Logframe table is what’s live today.
Where this fits
- Donor reporting. Indicator report blocks pull directly from tracked indicator values, so a logframe table or a number/progress widget in a donor report reflects the same data you track here — not a re-typed copy.
