Set a report to snapshot on a schedule — daily, weekly or monthly — and Monival freezes the data behind every block at that moment. Six months from now, you can still see exactly what the board saw in March, even if the underlying numbers have since changed.

Share it as a link, or embed it

Turn a report public and it gets a shareable link, no login required for the viewer. Need it inside your own website or donor portal instead? Embed it, with control over the theme and whether the title and filters show. A full-screen “story” presentation mode is also available for reports meant to be walked through rather than scanned as a dashboard.

Where this fits

Reports pull from the same data as the rest of the platform — indicators, evaluation scores, budgets, and field submissions from Monival Data Collect — so a donor report isn’t a re-typed summary of what’s tracked elsewhere.
